Description - Contractor will provide repair parts and/or repair technician services to support all assets included on “Exhibit A”.Contractor will provide pricing for two types of service, ‘Full Service’ and ‘PM Only’ categories:· Full Service – wil l encompass all costs for both the Preventive Maintenance as well as any repair costs, labor and materials included.· PM Only – will encompass all costs for executing the PM tasks at frequencies as recommended by OEM, frequency of use, age of equipment, etc. Contractor expected to submit PM strategy, to include, but not limited to frequency, adjustments, part replacement, etc.
