Description - Description: BBMF PA474 Lancaster Major Maintenance & Component Support The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) Project Team within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) is preparing to let a new Contract for Lancaster Bomber Maintenance.The Auth ority’s scope of requirement includes:1.
