The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, and transportation necessary to conduct weekly insp ection and maintenance of all live foliage/plants in SPoC HQ Bldg 1, Peterson SFB, CO. There are approximately 341 plants and 20 trees throughout the building. Plants are located on the atrium floor and in planters that catwalk the west atrium.
