Description - Description: The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed and comprehensive proposals from Engineering consulting firms specializing in dam and spillway inspections to undertake the City of Grande Prairie’s formal annual Engin eering inspection of the Bear River Control Structure, as required under the Water Act. All work shall meet or exceed the City’s Construction Manual and Design Manual and the Water Act, along with all supporting Directives and Ministerial Orders.
