Description - Description: This project is for a Contractor to purchase and deliver, including unloading, bedding stone in accordance with the requirements listed in the Scope of Work. All materials shall be delivered to a dock furnished by the government at the P ort of Buffalo facility in Buffalo, NY. The exact location of the dock on the Port of Buffalo site will be provided by the government prior to delivery.
