Description - Description: The World Bank education project in Madagascar financed the set-up of Community Early Learning Centers (CELCs) in remote areas with active community involvement, such as parents and teachers’ association. These early learning centers a re attached to the closed public primary schools but are located closer to the villages to avoid long walks for young children.
