Description - Description: The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Northwestern Energy Corporation. The company shall provide natural gas services to the Blackfeet Service Unit, Browning, Montana. The current contractor, Northwestern Energy Corporation is providing services through a Purchase Order contract established for Natural Gas Services and has a base plus three (3) option years, beginning January 1, 2025.
