Description - Description: The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Two Medicine Water. The company shall provide water and sewer services to the Blackfeet Service Unit, Bro wning, Montana. The current contractor, Two Medicine Water, is providing services through a Purchase Order contract established for Water and Sewer Services and has a base plus four (4) option years, beginning January 1, 2025.
