Description - Description: The aim of this assignment is to tender and implement, manage and maintain a bicycle stimulation app in the provinces of Overijssel, South Holland, Utrecht and North Brabant. North Brabant will deploy the app via SmartwayZ.NL, of which i t is the lead partner, and will also take care of the users in the province of Limburg via this network programme.
