Description - Description: summary of the market: The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide cycling training for young people in the territory of the French Riviera Community (as well as the French school of Ventimiglia), within the educational framewo rk. This will involve supervising Knowing How to Ride a Bike for children aged 10 to 11 (CM1 or CM2 levels and multiple classes). This framework agreement is broken down into 2 lots:- Lot 1: municipalities in the coastal sector;- Lot 2: municipalities in the Roya-Bevera sector.The buyer is the contracting authority.The maximum amount for each lot is:- Lot 1: 23,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per year or 92,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over 4 years-
