Description - The Council is seeking one provider to deliver Bikeability programmes to schools in West Northamptonshire. Bikeability is 'cycling proficiency' for the 21st century, designed to give the next generation the skills and confidence to ride their bikes o n todays roads. It is a national scheme, funded by the Department for Transport and run to national standards. Their are 3 levels, with each designed to help improve children's skills.The grant funding is made up of 2 parts: core and plus.
