Description - The purpose of this consultation is the bimonthly design of the issues of the municipal magazine of 16 to 24 pages according to the pre-existing model as well as the printing of the copies (approximately 5,500 per issue). Framework agreement for sing le-award purchase orders with a maximum amount of 35,000 euros excluding tax per year. Printing on paper with environmental certification (PEFC, FSC, Imprim'vert). Valid for 1 year, renewable twice for the same duration, i.e. 3 years maximum. Subsequent market without competitive bidding or prior advertising with the same possible holder.
