Description - Description: Etat for Boligforvaltning (EBF), wants to rebuild the interior of Birkelundsbakken 53 after a fire on the building's 4th floor. Necessary external demolition and reconstruction has been carried out previously. The works include apartment s M, N, O, P and K. The works are carried out as a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor will be responsible for all planning, work and quantities until handover of the fully approved building.
