Description - Description: The Housing Management Agency (EBF) wants to rebuild the interior of Birkelundsbakken 53 after a fire on the building's 4th floor. Necessary exterior demolition and reconstruction have been completed previously. The work includes apartme nts M, N, O, P and K. The work is being carried out as a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor will be responsible for all design, work and quantities until the handover of a completely approved building. An inspection will be held on 26.11.2024 at 13:00, where suppliers will have the opportunity to ask questions.
