Description - Description: The scope of the project relates to a complete renovation of floors B3 / B4 and the prior installation of the earthquake walls in the floors below B1 / B2. The existing maternity ward in building B is to be converted into a contemporary and modern women's clinic. In future, both floors will be operated by the maternity ward. Due to the accumulated maintenance, the safety-relevant, structural measures to meet the current fire protection and personal safety requirements are to be implemented on floors B1 / B2.
