Description - This consultation concerns bodywork work on heavy goods vehicles for the benefit of the Departmental Council of Mayenne. Open call for tenders (articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161 -5 of the Public Procurement Code) Single-award framework agreement with maximum (300,000.00 euro(s)) entered into for one year from notification and renewable 3 times (articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code). It will give rise to the issuance of subsequent contracts, which will be ordinary contracts. As an indication, the forecast notification date is planned for the end of December 2023
