Description - Description: This contract has three objectives: (1) restore the industrial building listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site; (2) redevelop and develop the interior spaces in order to improve the activity & (3) equip and design the project to move tow ards carbon neutrality. The project benefits from European funding for the energy aspects and is part of the FEDER portfolio "La Louvière - Bois-du-Luc - From coal to zero carbon: energy innovation and sustainable resource management for a world heritage site in transition".
