Description - Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of books in 2025 to the headquarters of the Kraków Library and branches. The description of the subject of the order (basic) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ together with detailed Lists of books constituting Annexes No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E. The delivery of books is at the expense and risk of the Contractor. The Ordering Party, based on art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, provides for the possibility of exercising the option right consisting in repeating the deliveries of books worth up to 100% of the offer price (value option).
