Description - Description: Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) to solicit proposals (¿Proposals¿) from a qualified aquatic renovation companies (¿Respondents¿) to assist in the renovations of the Boundary Waters Aquatic center.
