Description - BREIZH BOCAGE multi-year program - Plantation work 2023 to 2026. These are framework agreements with single-award purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts per lot, without re-competition when awarding purchase orders, in application of articl e R2162-2 paragraph 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreements relating to each lot are entered into for a period of 24 months from their notification. They are renewable once for a period of one year, i.e. a maximum duration of 3 years.
