Description - Description: Due to the expiry of the current agreement, the Contracting Authority aims to conclude a new framework agreement as of 1 April 2025, which provides for the establishment and provision of the Broad Start Class, in line with the 'Starting in Deventer' programme. For the performance of this service, the Contracting Authority will make available a maximum of €500,000 excluding VAT per calendar year. For this reason, the estimated value for the service provision of this Framework Agreement is also €500,000 excluding VAT per year.
