Description - Description: Due to the expiry of the current agreement, the Contracting Authority aims to conclude a new framework agreement as of 1 April 2025, which provides for the establishment and provision of the Broad Start Class, in line with the 'Starting in Deventer' programme. For the provision of this service, the Contracting Authority will make a maximum of €500,000 excluding VAT available per calendar year. For this reason, the estimated value for the service provision of this Framework Agreement is also €500,000 excluding VAT per year.
