Description - Description: The current framework agreement for real estate services will expire on 1 August 2025. In order to continue to meet the needs of the Land Registry, the Land Registry starts a new tender for this service. The Land Registry intends to cont ract one (1) contractor that will provide the broker's services for all existing and future buildings of the Land Registry. Partly on the basis of historical data, the Land Registry is based on an estimated total value of the framework agreement (including option years/options) of an amount of € 700,000 (excluding VAT).
