Description - Description: This tender relates to the acquisition of client consultancy to the municipality of Skanderborg by the construction of a new nursing home in Låsby.Låsby is growing and many new families are coming and will place themselves, cf. the str uctural plan in Langvad Bakker. The new nursing home is for 60 residents with associated service areas and a smaller area for outgoing activities and will in the long term replace the existing care center Søndervang. The nursing home is scheduled with the following:- Area distribution - 4,640 sqm gross (living space) and 860 sqm gross (service area)- Economy - approx. DKK 145 million incl. VAT (living space) and approx. 33 million DKK excl. VAT
