Description - Description: Durham Technical Community College, Building 9, located at 1700 Cooper St, Durham NC 27703, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the replacement all Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. The current VAV’s are out of date and w ill be replaced to match the current specifications of the controllers. The controllers are programmed for VAVs, AHUS, HW and CW systems in a new Tridium panel. The VAV’s must be able to communicate with this system. This includes the removal and replacement of a total of 64 Variable Air Volume boxes throughout Building 9. Electronic responses ONLY will be accepted for this solicitation.
