Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is to build a better disaster management system in Türkiye through increased capacity of AFAD and strengthened cooperation among relevant stakeholders and to improve the disaster-resilience of target cities w ith an emphasis on AFAD provincial directorates and metropolitan municipalities.
