Description - Description: GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company that provides construction, operation and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for university and municipal buildings. The project is to be viewed as a sub-project and includes the addition and replacement of a 3-storey classroom wing with an integrated half sports field and daycare center at the Fischbek-Falkenberg district school. The three-storey building is planned with a flat Z-shaped roof and will be built in solid construction according to the KfW-40 standard. The new building is to be certified according to the DGNB Gold Standard
