Description - Description: The U.S. Embassy Windhoek, Namibia requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services as described in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall also provide f urther evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS.
