Description - Description: The contract will build two new bridges, the Rästinpuro bridge (steel pipe) and the Varisjoki bridge (a reinforced concrete prefabricated tile bridge, Ble II). The sites are located about 12 km from the Suomussalmi municipal center near the Aittokoski power plant. The Rästinpuro bridge crosses the Rästipuro, which descends from the north to the Emäjoki River, and the Varisjoki bridge crosses the Varisjoki River from the north to the Emäjoki River.The current wooden steel beam bridge of Rassinpuro will be demolished according to the demolition plan and a round steel tubing bridge will be built on site.
