Description - Description TCRE requires the services of an engineering consultant to conduct facility assessments of its 22 schools, (Appendix A), to complete a Facility Condition Index (FCI) report of the conditions of each school building. The purpose of the rep orts is to obtain detailed assessments of deferred maintenance impacts identified in the FCI data. The FCI data will also provide key information required for TCRCE to move forward with early planning of ongoing repairs and school replacement projects.
