Description - Description: The project consists of replacement of the HVAC systems in three buildings: the Corporation Yard (004), Gymnasium (015), and the Fieldhouse (005). The details for building specific project descriptions are below.¿ Corporation Yard: Exis ting packaged and split AC systems with either heat pump or natural gas furnace will be removed, as well as selected ductwork. The new HVAC system will be a central station rooftop air handler with chilled water cooling and heating was heating connected to the points of connection provided in Phase 1, which is complete.
