Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) is a National body sponsored by Govt of India, Ministry of
Textiles for the promotion and facilitation of garment manufacturing and its exports.
AEPC is organizing a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet with Australian & New Zealand Buyers during 22nd &
23rd August, 2023 at Apparel House, Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana. We need 60 - 70 rooms for stay of
overseas buyers from aforesaid two countries for 3 nights from 21st to 23
rd August’23 and check out
on 24
th August, 2023.
E-Quotes are invited for booking of 60-70 rooms for overseas Australian & New Zealand

General terms & condition
1. All offers should be in Indian Rupees and should include breakfast and all hotel and luxury
taxes.
2. VAT / Service Tax Registration / Income Tax PAN Number should be mentioned
3. An EMD of Rs.50000/- (refundable after the event) in favour of AEPC is to be submitted
along with the quote favouring AEPC. The online account details of AEPC are given as under:

Other Terms and Condition
1. Kindly specify the cut off date for the room block by which the hotel needs the confirmation
for the same.
2. If any guest's pre/over stay with the hotel, the negotiated rates with the above conditions as
agreed upon shall be extended to the guest on direct charge basis.
3. If a lower rate than given to AEPC is offered to anybody else, then the same rate will apply
to AEPC booking.
4. Cancellation made 48 hours before check-in will not be entitled to any retention by the
hotel.

5. All other items of personal in nature such as room service, laundry, telephone, tips, use of
business centre are to be paid by the guest directly as AEPC will only be responsible for the
payment for the room (only lodging).
6. Billing Instructions - all the bills are to be made in the name of Apparel Export Promotion
Council, Gurugram and the same shall be paid within two weeks from the date of receipt of
bills. The bills are to be raised after the departure of the last guest.
7. Separate counters for check in and check out to be provided to all guest and facilitation desk
to be provided for any assistance.
8. Under the conditions of force Majeure which also include war, strike, lockout, closure, riot,
storm, cyclone, earthquake or any other natural calamities and other events & decisions beyond
the control of the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to alter or to cancel the entire
contract.
