Description - Description: The client must enter into a framework agreement for 2 years with the possibility of extension by 1 + 1 year for the purchase of excavation services. Provided that the client receives a sufficient number of suitable offers, parallel fram ework agreements must be established with two to three suppliers to ensure good capacity. Estimated value of the framework agreements in total is approx. 25 to 50 million a year for Fredrikstad and approx. 8-12 million a year for Hvaler. The estimated value is to be considered indicative and is not binding on the client.
