Description - Description: Stoke-on-Trent City Council has allocated funding for a kitchen extension at Burnwood Community School. The current kitchen is approximately 92 sqm in size and an extension is required to cater for increased intake.The Council intends to utilise a 2-stage Design and Build contract for this project. As such, the Council will be looking to appoint a contractor to undertake a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA). The contractor will be required to undertake all design work required to complete RIBA stages up to and including RIBA stage 4, with an approval process at the end of each RIBA stage.The City Council has allocated a total budget of £450,000 for the kitchen extension
