Description - Description: Byron Shire Council (BSC) owns and operates one centralised waste management facility for the Shire, the Byron Resource Recovery Centre (BRRC), located in Myocum NSW. Council has identified that the existing on-site leachate storage infr astructure is approaching end of life and requires replacement.
