Description - Description: The Contractor shall provide a Douglas C-54 Skymaster to perform a Flyby and a static display at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Open House 2025, hereafter referred to as JB MDL OHAS 2025, within the limitations prescribed by Federal Av iation Regulation Waiver (FAA Form 7711-1), on 16-18 May 2025 provided weather, mechanical and site condition permit. The interior of the aircraft will be configured like a museum with artifacts and information from Berlin Airlift conducted in 1948-1949. The Contractor shall perform a flyby on 16 May 2025.
