Description - Description: STATEMENT OF WORK (VISN) 19 ARCHITECT/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR VETERAN HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (VHA) MEDICAL FACILITIES STATEMENT OF WORK INTRODUCTION: Architect/Engineer (A/E) services are required to provide project site investigation; c omplete detailed designs for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects; and construction management, including submittal reviews. These projects will require multi-disciplinary planning, designing and A/E service for institutional, commercial, and industrial type facilities. SCOPE: The A/E shall provide to the Government Title I (A & B) and/or Title II (C) Services. Work shall include, but may not be limited to, field survey;
