Description - Description: This AE Summary of Work (SOW) addresses VA requirements for the evaluation and documentation required to improve the performance of six different air handling units (AHUs) servicing multiple areas. Two AHUs, 37A & B, service the fourth-f loor operating room area; AHUs 50 & 61 service the pharmacy compounding areas located on the seventh floor, and AHUs 20 & 29 service the sterile processing (SPS) area . All requirements have been combined into one AE SOW. In some instances, the SOW is separated to allow for different requirements for each set of AHUs and in other instances, the SOW is combined when the same information and performance is required for all.
