Description - Description: The Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM), Office of Facilities Acquisition (OFA) Central Region has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to provide professional Architect-Engineer (A/E) Services to create new s pace criteria for Program Guide (PG) 18-9, equipment/room contents (PG 18-5), and planning/design (PG 18-12) standards for VHA Intensive Care Patient Care Units. Deliverables of this project includes, but is not limited to: -PG 18-9: Develop a Space Planning Criteria Chapter 102 as the space criteria for Intensive Care Patient Care Units. -PG 18-5: Develop an Equipment Guide List for every Room Code in the PG 18-9 Space Planning Criteria Chapter.
