Description - Description: This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Self-Contained Refrigerator/Freezer Van/Container Rental and Maintenance Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the applicab le rate(s) specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, non-consumable supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections
