Description - Description: .1 The objective of this project is to accommodate barrier free accommodation for existing courtrooms and washrooms within the 26th and 27th floor in the Trans-Canada pipeline building..2 Fit up and installation to meet (and exceed where possible) today’s barrier free and accessible fixtures to ensure the suite is maneuverable for all able-bodied people..3 Modify existing three washrooms to meet barrier free requirement. .4 Installation of plumbing and electrical tie-ins for appliances..5 Modify existing HVAC as per new layouts. .6 Two vertical lifts are supplied by the Province. The Bidder is responsible for installation and commissioning by a certified installer in Alberta.
