Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Call Centre Solution & Telephone Replacement, as further described in Section A of th e RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
