Description - Description: The municipality of Eindhoven would like to focus more on experiential expertise. We therefore want to invest in peer coaching, which will enable more welfare recipients and job seekers to find paid work or follow a qualifying training c ourse. A significant part of this target group is difficult to guide by existing institutions due to a lack of trust. The peer coaches are trusted more by this group due to their experiential expertise; they belong to ‘the same group’. The contractor must find and contract a number of companies that offer an employment contract to 10 to 12 welfare recipients from Eindhoven in the context of their social return obligation with the municipality
