Description - Description: The Territorial Collectivity of Guyana (CTG) plans to reorganize its passenger air transport network. In this context, it wishes to establish a new Public Service Obligation (PSO) regime within the meaning of Regulation 1008/2008 of the European Union. The objective is to guarantee regular and quality air service throughout the Guyanese territory, while taking into account the economic and social constraints of the territory. The PSOs will set minimum frequencies, minimum capacities and a maximum rate per passenger and weight per link.The OSP project is attached to this AMI and will be confirmed by the territorial assembly on May 30.
