Description - Description: This Call for Expressions of Interest ("CEI") aims to grant occupancy rights on 3 stalls at the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. At the end of this CEI, the selected trader will enter into a temporary occupation agreement for the public domai n for a period of ten (10) years and six (6) months with the City of Lyon, authorizing him to practice the profession of his choice. However, it is not possible to offer a catering activity on site. In return for this right to operate a location, the trader will pay an occupancy fee to the City of Lyon.
