Description - Description: As part of a sustainable development approach, and particularly the preservation of the climate and resources, the Communauté de communes du haut chemin pays de Pange (CCHCPP) wishes to give new impetus to the energy transition policies implemented in its territory. The CCHCPP owns two sites, consisting of undeveloped land, on the outskirts of the municipalities of Coincy and Ogy-Montoy-Flanville, which fall under its private domain and of which it has no use. In order to enhance the value of this land heritage and encourage the development of renewable energies, the CCHCPP wishes to lease these two sites, as a single unit, to an operator so that it can build and operate ground
