Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to organize a selection for the conclusion of a temporary occupation agreement relating to the management of the Stade des Alpes. It is recalled that the Stade des Alpes is a dependence on the public d omain of the metropolis mainly assigned to sports activity, and more specifically to the competitive activity of two professional football and rugby clubs: the GF38 which are currently playing in the League 2 and the FCG Rugby which is currently evolving in Pro D2. The future occupant will have the obligation to maintain this sports assignment and this cohabitation of the two professional clubs, allowing them in particular to meet the requirement
