Description - Description: The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a public-private partnership to design (Design), build (Build), finance (Finance), maintain (Maintenance) and operate (Operate) a new indoor Olympic top sports pool with sports pool and admi nistrative building in Hofstade, also called Basic Construction Program. With a view to the realization of the Basic Construction Program, the Contracting Authority will conclude a DBFMO agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM).
