Canada now has an urgent need to field a Short Range Air Defence (SHORAD) battery to OP REASSURANCE in Latvia as soon as possible. As a result of this shift, Canada has made the decision to CANCEL the current GBAD ITQ in accordance with paragraph 2.6.1(c), so that the personnel in Canada’s GBAD project team and industry can focus on the procurement
