Description - Description: Request for Proposal UNDP-LBY-00353: Capacity Building of Libyan Forensic Institutions:The UNDP/UNSMIL Missing Persons Project seeks to build the capacities of two of the major actors in the forensic procedures in Libya, GASIMP and JERC, as well as other institutions where relevant.
